SOMETHING FANS MAY NOT KNOW: I love getting young anglers involved in our wonderful sport of bass fishing. As the former New Jersey BASS Nation Conservation Director for almost a decade, I was very proud to have started the first NJ BASS Nation high school bass fishing team at Rancocas Valley High School in Mt. Holly NJ. I am also an avid saltwater angler and Owner/Captain of Watizzit Fishing Charters out of Sea Isle City NJ. I enjoy teaching my customers new techniques, watching them catch their 1st fish or sharing the moment with them of catching their personal best or lunker. I have had several motivating factors that led me to fishing my first season on the NPFL Tour this year. But the biggest factor is my 5 year old grandson Kingsley. He is my biggest fan and favorite fishing partner. I want him to look back at this moment in time one day and realize what Pop-Pop had to go through to get to this point in his fishing career. And understand that if you work hard and keep at it, you can follow your dreams no matter what obstacles are put in front of you.
